The "Mara Holiday" Travel Agency located on the premises of the Hotel Mara offers a great variety of services:
- touristic programmes for the resorts situated on the shores of the Black Sea, for the SPAs, and for the mountain resorts situated in the contryside;
- touristic programmes met in the rural tourism and the ecological one which are ment to ephasize the natural resources, the culural, and the etnographic ones of the Maramures conty;
- touristic programmes from other agencies from our contry and from abroad;
- the service of selling plane tickets;
- medical health insurance for tourists, green card;
- transport and rent a car services;
- touristic information given to tourists who are only passing throgh Baia Mare;

Likewise, the Mara Holiday Agency is the Maramures conty's representative of the National Association of Rural, Ecological, and Cultural Tourism and has exclusive rights to sell seats from the Splendid Villa in Sinaia.
